Cheesy Potatoes and Corn on the Cob on the Grill

Grilling season is upon us! I have the perfect sides to go with any meal. They are both quick, easy, and delicious! What makes them even better is they are cooked on the grill! First up is cheesy potatoes!
First, slice up 10 small potatoes. Then place them in the microwave to soften for 10 minutes.
Next, add a dash 1 tsp of garlic seasoning, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of diced onions, 1 cup of butter, and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix it all together, then microwave it for 3 minutes.
Add 2 cups of cheese or as much as desired, then cover up the potatoes in aluminum foil. Place it on the grill for about 10 to 15 minutes.
They will come out cheesy and full of goodness! :)
Next up is corn on the cob. This is a really simple recipe.
First, season the corn with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp of garlic seasoning, 1 tsp of nutmeg, or as much as you prefer. Mix it all together in a bowl with 2 tsp of olive oil. Lather the corn with the mixture then add three slices of onion on top.
Wrap up the corn in aluminum foil and place on the grill for about 15 minutes. Make sure not to over cook it because the corn will get mushy.
All the corn and potatoes on the grill! :)
There you have it, the perfect sides to any grilling affair. They're great to accompany any meat!
Add some salad and sweet tea to make it a perfect southern meal!
Enjoy! Happy Grilling everyone!
